Important / Conditions
• Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return an item.
• Wait for our confirmation before returning any item. So we can keep an eye out for the returning package.
• Please send the item as directed to the warehouse, provided with a tracking number. Please take care, we will be not responsible for items lost in transit during return to the warehouse.
• The item/s should be returned to the warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
• The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.
As usual, for all returns
• The item must be in re-saleable condition.
• In its original packaging and unopened.
• The original shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded.
